Enter your email address attached to the account, and instructions will be sent to your email on how to set a new password.

From here, you can add a new address, edit your current address or delete an address. 

Orders

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled, contact us using the contact information below and we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

Shipping and Delivery

No, we do not ship worldwide. We only offer islandwide delivery in Bermuda. 

Yes, we offer free islandwide delivery. No minimum purchase necessary!

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

Our orders are usually delivered within 48 hours of receiving an order. 

Orders placed before 12pm are typically delivered on the same day between 1 and 6pm, while any orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next day between 1 and 6pm. 

We will try our best to notify you when your order is going to be delivered.

Product

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. 

If you are unhappy with your product, returns can be made within 7 days of purchase.

A receipt is required and the product must be in the original packaging. 

Our warranty policy differs depending on the item you have purchased.

Televisions: 1 year parts and labor.

All other products have 90 days warranty.

We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling.

Yes, we do offer TV installation. The price varies depending on the TV size, so contact us directly for a quote using the contact information at the bottom of the page.
