- For the fastest charging on the iPhone 17 series, a USB-C power adapter of at least 40W is recommended for the standard and Pro models, while the iPhone Air requires at least 20W. Using a 30W or higher adapter with MagSafe or Qi2 wireless charging will also result in significantly faster wireless speeds, with the Pro models reaching about 50% charge in 30 minutes
